Year 6

Welcome back to the final term of year 6! This year has flown past and we can’t quite believe that we have arrived at the last 7 weeks of your child’s primary education! We hope you have had a lovely half-term and enjoyed the time with family and friends. We wanted to reiterate how proud we were of Y6 and their positive attitude towards SATs last term; they were fantastic. As you are aware, the tests are externally marked and we expect to have the results back in time for the reports to be emailed to you on July 15th.

We have another jam-packed term coming up, preparing your child for year 7, so please make a
note of the dates in the newsletter. 

Our curriculum overview is available below and you can find details of what we will be learning about in each subject. If you or anyone that you know has any skills linked to our learning this term and you would be willing and able to come in and share them with the children, please let your child’s class teacher know as this can be a very enriching experience for the children and they love having visitors.
