Spellings and Homework
Homework
In year 6 we will set homework and spellings weekly. Homework will be set on a Friday and due in on the following Wednesday.
In addition, we would also like your child to read regularly at home for pleasure. They will have a reading record and should bring this to school every day along with their reading book.

We have selected key spelling rules and patterns, which will help the pupils with their reading, writing and SATs preparation.
We will be sending home a practice sheet weekly to do alongside the CGP book pages. Please see the list of spellings below to practice with your child.
