Welcome to Term 5
We hope you all had a wonderful Easter break and managed to enjoy some sunshine!
As usual, please see our newsletter and curriculum overviews for details of our topics, events and key dates.
We have lots of exciting learning ahead in a very short term. We will be learning how to classify living things in Science and will be visiting Noah's Ark in week 3 to help consolidate this learning. In art, we will be learning about the Austrian artist Hundertwasser and in History we will be learning about the Vikings and have a Viking day coming up where we will spend the day learning lots about the Vikings.

PPA time is covered by Coach Charlie, Mrs Rice, Mrs Ford or Mrs Whiteside-Knott.
Project Zulu Sponsored Run and Visit:
On Tuesday 20th May 2025, children from the Project Zulu South African choir will be visiting Ashton Gate Primary School on their UK Choir Tour, performing traditional Zulu song and dance in order to fundraise money for their charity. To support their fundraising efforts, the children at Ashton Gate Primary School will be participating in a sponsored run between Monday 28th April and Friday 2nd May, with all of the money raised going directly to the Project Zulu development projects.
The most important thing is that all the pupils work as a team and enjoy the sponsored run. However, if you are able to sponsor the children, please donate using the link or QR code below:
